What’s CIVFD?
Fire risks have tremendous impact on environment and pose immense threat to human lives and properties. Most of the available detectors are smoke, heat, and IR sensors, which have critical drawbacks. They have long response time, i.e. they detect fire after it has reached a progressive stage, and they do not provide any information on fire size or its evolution. Therefore, Creativa has taken this step and developed CIVFD (to be pronounced “saved”) an intelligent vision-based fire/smoke detection systems.
CIVFD utilizes state-of-the-art Deep Learning methodologies to detect fire/smoke in video stream from surveillance cameras. It can detect fire at large distances outdoor and set on the fire alarm.

CIVFD has the following Technical Features:
– It has very low response time
– It has very low false alarm rate
– It is scalable, i.e., technically, it can manage any number of cameras.
When CIVFD detects fire/smoke in any video stream, it gives an alert in that window (the message box that appear in the video) and the user will have the option to freeze/resume the detection process. The user can open any window and zoom in/out to get details about what’s happening. CIVFD has many features that make it robust, accurate, and reliable.
